Jonathan Monceaux goes the extra mile in his role with U.Va.'s Department of Parking and Transportation. For his efforts to bolster the University's commitment to alternative transportation, he has been named one of 11 winners of the 2011 Leonard W. Sandridge Outstanding Contribution Award.
